Doula Services
Birth, supported. Postpartum, held.
A doula is the one steady, knowledgeable presence beside you from late pregnancy into early motherhood — advocating, comforting, and translating the medical world into language that belongs to you.
My doula practice is built on the same foundation as my therapy work: evidence-based, deeply attuned, and grounded in the belief that birth belongs to the person giving it. We’ll build your birth plan together, prepare your nervous system, and create a postpartum support framework that doesn’t fall apart on day three.
During labor I provide hands-on physical comfort (counter-pressure, position changes, breath work), continuous emotional support, and a calm, informed advocate who can speak the language of the room without ever speaking over you.
After birth, I return for postpartum visits — to debrief, to support feeding and recovery, to check on the harder parts of the early days, and to make sure the plan we built is actually working.
