How insurance works here.
Many PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion of out-of-network mental health care. I provide a monthly superbill — a detailed receipt — that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement directly to you.

In-network reimbursement rates often dictate the length, depth, and even the diagnosis of your care. Out-of-network protects clinical integrity, your privacy, and a treatment plan built around you.
Superbills, simplified
A superbill is a monthly itemized receipt with the diagnostic and CPT codes your insurance needs. You submit it once, and reimbursement comes directly back to you.
Good Faith Estimate
Per the No Surprises Act, every client receives a Good Faith Estimate of total expected costs at intake — full transparency, every time.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes — secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth is available for clients throughout Florida, in addition to in-person sessions in Boca Raton.
How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions and EMDR intensives are available upon request.
Do you take insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider. I’m happy to provide a superbill so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement; many clients are reimbursed for a meaningful portion of session fees.
How soon can I start?

I keep a deliberately limited caseload to protect the quality of care. Reach out for current availability and priority scheduling.
