By using this website, the Maternal Mind mobile app or Community, purchasing a course, or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

Education, not therapy

The Unfiltered Birth Academy and all content on this site are educational. They are not psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using this site does not create a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship. Always consult your own healthcare providers about your specific situation.

Psychotherapy is a separate clinical service. It is available in person in Boca Raton and by telehealth only when the client is physically located in Florida at the time of the session.

If you are in crisis or worried you may harm yourself or your baby, do not use this website. Call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, 24/7) or call 911.

Course access and availability

A course purchase grants you one personal, non-transferable login for your own use. Do not share your login or redistribute course materials. Access is subject to the course availability and purchase terms presented at checkout.

Intellectual property

All course videos, lessons, worksheets, and site content are the property of Maternal Mind & Wellness and are protected by copyright. You may download and print worksheets for personal use only. Reproducing, reselling, or sharing course content is not permitted.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled installments at checkout. For billing questions, refund requests, or payment issues, contact hello@maternalmindandwellness.com and we will work with you directly.

Consultation booking

The 15-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us. The consultation is an introductory conversation, not a therapy session.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempting to access other users’ accounts or data, no automated scraping of course content, and no interfering with the site’s operation.

Community standards

Community is peer support, not therapy, emergency care, or medical advice. Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material, spam, scams, another person’s identifying information, or content that encourages harm. Do not present personal experience as diagnosis or treatment advice. If there is immediate danger, call 911; for crisis support, call or text 988 rather than relying on a Community post.

Content may be screened before publication and may be reported, blocked, reviewed, hidden, or removed. Members can block another member so that person’s content and interactions no longer appear to them. The practice may suspend or end Community access for unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or repeated rule-breaking behavior. Moderation decisions are made to support safety and do not create a clinical relationship.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Maternal Mind & Wellness the limited permission needed to host, display, moderate, and deliver that content as part of Community. You are responsible for having the right to share what you post and for protecting other people’s privacy.

Community accounts and deletion

Community accounts are personal and may not be shared. You can permanently delete the unified Community and Academy sign-in from the Community account controls in the mobile app, or initiate deletion through the account deletion form. Deletion covers the app account and associated Community data where the practice is not legally required to retain it. Separate clinical records are governed by their own legal retention requirements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and courses are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maternal Mind & Wellness is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or course content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
