Access and Support

Accessibility

We want people to be able to understand and use this website across different devices, input methods, and access needs. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and feedback helps us identify barriers we may have missed.

Our approach

We review accessibility as part of ongoing website maintenance. This statement is not a certification of conformance with a particular technical or legal standard.

What we consider

Our accessibility work includes attention to:

  • Keyboard navigation, visible focus, and a way to skip repeated navigation.
  • Readable text, clear headings, understandable labels, and sufficient visual contrast.
  • Layouts that adapt to mobile screens, text resizing, and common browser zoom settings.
  • Useful alternative text for meaningful images and text alternatives for important visual information.
  • Clear instructions, error messages, link text, and controls.

Features and content change over time, so a barrier can still occur even when a page was previously reviewed.

Keyboard and reading support

The site includes a keyboard-accessible skip link at the beginning of each page. We aim for a logical reading and focus order, visible focus states, descriptive headings, and controls that do not depend only on color. If a menu, form, course lesson, or booking step cannot be completed with your input method, please tell us which page and control caused the problem.

Mobile and changing access needs

Pages are designed to reflow across common phone, tablet, and desktop sizes. We also recognize that access needs can be temporary, situational, or ongoing. If the available format does not work for you, we will try to provide the same essential information or another reasonable way to complete the task.

Third-party services

Some features, such as maps, embedded video, scheduling, course sign-in, or payment services, may be provided by third parties. Their accessibility can differ from the rest of this website. Please contact us if one of those services prevents you from accessing information or completing an action, and we will look for an available alternative.

Report a barrier or request help

Use our contact page, email hello@maternalmindandwellness.com, or call (561) 325-9044. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and the format or support that would help. Do not include private health, diagnosis, or treatment details.

We will review the request and respond through the contact method you provide. Accessibility feedback is used to prioritize practical improvements to the website.
