What to expect
A 6-week in-person cohort for mothers ready to meet who they are now.
You're not the same woman you were before kids. You're not supposed to be. But nobody hands you a map for the version of you that motherhood created, so most of us just keep moving and hope the stranger-in-your-own-life feeling fades.
It has a name. Matrescence. The identity shift into motherhood, as real and disorienting as adolescence. And it's not something you think your way out of. It's something you move through, with your body, your story, and other women who get it.
What's included:
- 6 weekly in-person sessions in Boca Raton every Monday from 10 am - 11:30 am starting on September 14th
- Breathwork with Taliya Corbett, birthworker and breathwork facilitator, to get you out of your head and back into your body
- Guided group work with Erica Battista, LCSW, perinatal therapist, on identity, old patterns, inner - child work, and who you're becoming
- Nightly journal prompts to keep the work moving between sessions
- A private group chat so you're never doing this alone
Who it's for:
The mom who holds it all together and quietly wonders where she went. If you've been high functioning on the outside and unrecognizable to yourself on the inside, this was built for you.
Only 8 to 10 spots.
